  7. Color digital photos of your property;
  8. Professional looking marketing fliers electronically delivered to area real estate
    agents profiling your home;
  9. A reproducible marketing flier for display in your home
  10. A key box on your property to facilitate private showings of your home by area real
    estate professionals;
  11. When requested we will show your home to prospective buyers;
  12. We will receive, on your behalf, purchase offers from prospective buyers;
  13. We will act on your behalf in any contract negotiations unless you have agreed to a
    different agency relationship;
  14. We manage the closing process;
  15. We will ensure you receive a comprehensive closing statement.
